The Hanged Man - Tuesday 29 September 2020
This morning I woke up feeling really demotivated and a little disillusioned. I’m not a patient person by any means, and I like instant results. A huge source of frustration in my daily life.
I pulled this card this morning and instantly thought to myself, “well, isn’t that just symbolic of the way I’m feeling right now!”
Of course, with Tarot, nothing is always as it seems. This card is often the precursor to change or transformation, and The Hanged Man is seen as the ‘waiting room’ before that change can happen.
This card tells us that we need to balance our frustrations. Things in our lives right now may not be moving at the pace we would like, but this doesn’t mean that nothing is happening. When this card presents itself, it means that change IS happening, usually where we can’t see it.
If you’re working on a project right now and feeling frustrated with the pace that project is moving, sit tight. There is no more you can do. Take the time to look at things from a new perspective.
As I said at the top of this blog, I woke up feeling demotivated and disillusioned. This card is telling me that even though I’m feeling this way today, the universe is working for me, and I have to deal with the fact that I can’t control everything in my life. Patience is key today.
